About the programme:
Upon completion of this programme, students will (Level IV qualification): know the technology of making soups, hot dishes and sauces; be able to prepare dishes; to design and evaluate their quality; know the production technology of desserts; know the technology for making salads, snacks, garnishes and cold dishes; be able to prepare dishes, design them and evaluate their quality; know the technology of cooking dishes for parties, to prepare dishes, to design them and to evaluate their quality.
Having acquired the Level III qualification, students will: know the technology of cooking semi-finished and hot dishes, be able to prepare dishes and design them; know the technology of making salads and garnishes, be able to prepare dishes and decorate them; know the technology of cooking national heritage dishes, producing dishes, decorating them; know sweet food preparation technology, be able to prepare and design them; know BBQ and grill cooking technology, be able to cook and decorate dishes.
