About the programme:

Upon completion of this programme, students will have learned: the technology of yeast dough confectionery production; to produce yeast dough products from France, Denmark, Italy and other countries; unleavened dough production technology; to produce a wide range of confectionery; to make French, Danish and Italian confectionery; to make cream confectionery and frame it using artistic decoration.
