About the programme:

Upon completion of this programme, students will: know the technology of meat cutting; be able to prepare meat and poultry semi-finished products, be able to produce meat and poultry products, culinary products; to perform technological operations in the production of bread and cake products; to produce bread and cake products; know the technological processes of dairy production; be able to produce dairy products and work with the latest food production equipment
